I’m also John Anthony West’s Webmaster. Mr. West is a progressive Egyptologist, the Executive Editor of the Trends Research Institute’s Trends Journal, an Emmy-award winning documentary producer and a scholarly author in Saugerties, NY. In his role as travel guide, Mr. West provides the most enlightened of all the extant tours of Egypt.

The videos on this page are coded in a way that allows them to validate to current web standards. It results in nearly ¾ less code for each video and allows them to play more easily. Shockingly and perhaps oddly, too, close to 99% of websites make no attempt to do this, resulting in bloated pages that nevertheless still work, just not as well as they could. I imagine this is due to them either not knowing about this technique, or not wanting to do the simple extra step that it involves.

A video editing project for local high school basketball star Aiysia Jones.

An hour and a half of raw footage on two VHS tapes was edited down to seven minutes to highlight Aiysia’s rather remarkable skills which have resulted in her leading the Stamford Black Knights to numerous victories.

Edited in Vegas 6. I produced a DVD for submission to colleges as well as wmv and mpg files for use on YouTube and elsewhere.
