The only time personally identifiable data, (your name and email) is captured is when you sign up for or have received the newsletter. Newsletter sign-up from our website is completely opt-in, while new contacts generated via business networking meetings (or through email contact) are manually added to the subscriber list. We’ve been advised that if our conversations have created enough rapport to let you feel comfortable in giving us your business card, this implies at least an expectation for further communication. VerticalResponse maintains your name and email address solely to allow the newsletter to be sent to you and to place your name in the appropriate “Dear [xxx]” field. Your data is never, ever sold, shared or traded by either any vendor we would choose or by IFM Productions LLC for any reason whatsoever.
